Why is your organization a great place to work?

How would you describe the workplace culture at your organization?

We take pride in creating an environment where people are free to be themselves. As we always say, #BeYou! Whether it’s taking advantage of our phenomenal education benefits or stretching themselves through internships, special projects, and leadership development programs – there are opportunities for employees at every level, from frontline individual contributors to executives. Not only do our employees volunteer their time, but T-Mobile matches employee donations to the causes that mean the most to them. Our goal is to help our employees grow throughout their career. Are there benefits or amenities that you'd particularly like to highlight?

We offer a full array of benefits which includes benefits such as our child care subsidy program which helps assume some of the burden of cost of child care for our employees. Another great benefit and resource we provide our employees is offering college grants to a number of accredited universities that cover 100% of tuition cost and other tuition reimbursement opportunities. Our college grants help our employees not only grow their skills through development but provide a means of accomplishing career aspirations that promote personal and financial growth. As we understand that we are living through some tough times, we recently created what we call the Tampa Parent Forum. This parent forum provides a place for parents to gain allies, share parenting ideas/practices, gain knowledge, learn about company offered resources and other local resources that may help in different situations.

Tampa is the perfect place in the Sun Belt region for our T-Mobile Customer Contact Center as the city is home to a growing tech industry and continues to be a hub for innovation. And, because the market is also a great place to live, play and work it attracts a very diverse pool of talent and provides an abundance of opportunities for our employees.
